WHAT IS THE LAB?

You may hear me refer to "The Lab" regularly during videos, etc. The lab otherwise known as Gor Sau is unique to Wing Chun Gung Fu; it allows us to experiment in a controlled yet chaotic environment similar to sparring. In "the lab" you can work on putting together all of the drills you've learned and apply their principles in Gor Sau.
